FireWatchPro
Features

Everything a fire watch needs to hold up under scrutiny.

From credential-gated dispatch to a tamper-evident PDF the AHJ can trust — every feature exists to make the watch provable. All of it is live today.

Built & live Patent Pending Field-tested by fire protection contractors
Credential-gated dispatch

Unqualified guards never get sent.

Before anyone is dispatched, FireWatchPro checks credential and training status and returns a clear signal: CLEAR, WARN, or BLOCK. Expired or missing qualifications stop the assignment before it becomes a problem on site — or in court.

CLEAR — dispatch WARN — expiring soon BLOCK — not eligible
DISPATCH CHECKREADY
GUARDCredential: valid · Training: current
SITESprinkler impairment — 3 checkpoints
GATECLEAR — cleared for dispatch

Training included

Online training, flashcards, and a field workbook ship with every subscription. Guards who complete training go CLEAR and become dispatchable — training and compliance are one system, not two purchases. See the curriculum →

GPS-verified patrols

Timestamped checkpoints recorded at the site. Phone wake-lock and resume-from-background keep GPS reliable through a full shift.

Photo evidence

Photos captured at each checkpoint and stored as immutable evidence — visual proof the patrol actually happened.

Condition-specific templates

Purpose-built workflows for sprinkler impairment, hot work, and multi-zone construction fire watch.

Incident escalation

When a guard spots a hazard, escalation fires an instant notification so the right people know immediately.

Tamper-evident PDF reports

Server-generated 5-page compliance report: GPS-stamped patrol timeline, code citation attestation, and a tamper-evidence hash.

Full audit trail

Every action recorded, start to finish — the complete history behind every report.

The AHJ console

The fire marshal is a first-class user — not an afterthought.

Most fire watch tools stop at the guard's phone. FireWatchPro gives the Authority Having Jurisdiction its own console:

  • Live patrol visibility into every active fire watch in the jurisdiction.
  • Reports tab with one-click access to the tamper-evident PDF.
  • Approved Companies management — add or suspend companies on the jurisdiction's approved list.
